Hello I’m one of your local Real Estate professionals for over a decade here in central Texas and this company has been my worst experience in Lawncare. I’m not sure what it takes to have them show up for their appointment or if we just don’t communicate well. For those friends and colleagues of mine that like this company that they actual show up for, please tell me your secrets! Because I’m obviously missing something. I tried to book this company again yesterday for a mow this morning, I suggested 10am, they insisted in 8:30 am, I said fine, it’s Sunday morning but I will set my alarm to make sure I’m awake for your arrival. Well, it’s now after 10am and they never showed up. So my fellow realtors that have liked and vouched for his business, what’s the deal? You would think they would show up at least to earn more business since I sell houses! I have 3 closings next week that may need Lawncare and many coming soon listings.
